School Team
Our mentors are enthusiastic learning facilitators, who come from all over the world. We choose our mentors carefully and insist on high levels of competence both in their respective subjects as well as in their pedagogical approach. The teachers are familiar with modern teaching methods and their classes are geared towards German and international educational standards.
All class teachers have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Teaching qualification or teaching license for their specific area(s) of expertise
We believe in the continuous development of our teachers and spend an important portion of our budget on professional education. Each year we target specific areas for professional development and draw professionals from Cambridge International and other sources to improve the quality of teaching and learning at our school.
Teachers at ISW meet weekly to plan collaboratively to provide an exemplary program for the students in their care.
