At ISW, our educators are dynamic learning facilitators who bring global perspectives and a shared commitment to excellence. We recruit internationally, selecting professionals who demonstrate both deep subject expertise and a strong, research-informed pedagogical approach. Our teachers are skilled in modern, student-centered methodologies and deliver learning experiences aligned with both German and international standards.
All teachers at ISW hold, at minimum, a relevant bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching qualification or license in their area of expertise. Beyond qualifications, we place a strong emphasis on professional growth. Continuous development is embedded in our culture, with significant investment in targeted, high-impact training each year. We collaborate with leading organizations, including Cambridge International Education, ECIS (Educational Collaborative for International Schools), and AGIS (Association of German International Schools), ensuring our teaching practices remain innovative, rigorous, and globally connected.
