BY YEAR 3 STUDENTS

Look up! We wanted our art to float above your heads like a colorful cloud. We used giant hula hoops and miles of soft yarn to create these hanging sculptures.

For us, these circles represent our Community. They show how our lives go round and round, connecting us to our friends, our teachers, and our families.

As we wrapped and wove the yarn together, we thought about how every single person is an important part of our school. By hanging them from the ceiling, we are showing that our community is all around us, holding us up.

When you walk under them, you are walking through our giant web of friendship, connections that are woven within our community!
